12 Feb, 2013 Follow Up and Evaluation Meeting Mentorship, February 12
On Tuesday February 12, 2013 the participants of the JCC and Swedish Chamber of Commerce Mentorship Program gathered for the first Follow Up and Evaluation Meeting at the Swedish Chamber for Commerce office in Amsterdam. Kristina Zumpolle, Zumflow Coaching, who is supporting the JCC and Swedish Chamber of Commerce Mentorship Program  guided the participants through the interactive evening program.

The purpose with the Following up meeting is for the members to exchange experiences and to evaluate their individual meetings so far. It also gives them an opportunity to discuss questions together and exchange tips and ideas about various topics such as setting up personal plans and goals for their individual Mentorship Program. Kristina shared her experience about the importance of conscious and self evaluation to be able to book good results when participating in a Mentorship program. She had prepared several exercises for the group to carry out or to think over for themselves. After the plenary part the individual Mentorship meetings took place and the evening ended with mingle and drinks.

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce and JCC would like to thank Kristina Zumpolle for her commitment and professional support of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and JCC Mentorship Program.
