General Payment Condition
If nothing else is stated, the payment period for invoices issued by Swedish Chamber of Commerce is 14 days. For late payment, reminder fees and interest can be charged. 

Cancellation from participating in an event from a member’s side, can be done latest at the time stated in the invitation. Registration fee charged for special events will not be refunded.

The Swedish Chamber of Commerce shall not be liable in damages caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, terrorists acts, failures of suppliers or subcontractors and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce. This also includes the situation that the pursuing of an event would be extremely costly or inconvenient for the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.

By the cancelling of an event, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce can only be liable to refund the charges from participants, insofar that the costs for the event first have been covered. 

Termination of membership from a member’s side, must be done in writing the year before the ending of the membership.
